Return Rules

Only qualified returns or goods of dead-on-arrival (DOA) are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Qualified return means that merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, signs of assembling or disassembling a model kit, installing software or discarding the packing material are examples of what we consider used merchandise.

Customers must contact us prior to returning merchandise and are responsible for freight.

Refund of your purchase price less original shipping fee will be made immediately after returned goods is received.

Exchange is only possible for DOA and customers are responsible for the shipping fee. Replacement will be shipped after returned goods is received and shipping fee is deposited into our account.
